Dr. John Q. Cook, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. John Q. Cook brings exceptional academic training and decades of specialized experience to every patient at the Whole Beauty® Institute. He graduated cum laude with departmental honors from Yale University, earned his medical degree from Northwestern University, and completed his surgical training at Rush University Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Hospital — along with a Master’s degree in surgical research from the University of Illinois.
Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Cook continues to serve as an Attending Plastic Surgeon and faculty member at Rush University Medical Center. He holds active membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgeons.
